We want you to be completely satisfied with Trader's Second Brain. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). All refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with their buyer terms.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, card payments processed via Paddle are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Payments completed on-chain (for example USDT/USDC) are generally final due to blockchain settlement rules. Please double-check network selection and wallet details before sending funds.
