We want you to be completely satisfied with Trader's Second Brain. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Supported on-chain crypto payments are processed through separate crypto checkout flows and follow different finality and refund rules.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, card payments processed via Paddle are eligible for a refund request within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Trader's Second Brain (TSB) purchases made by card are eligible for a full refund within the refund window.
If you separately purchase a claimable Notion template or workspace product, that product remains refundable within the applicable card refund window until the template is claimed, unless the product page states otherwise.
Once a claimable template has been explicitly claimed, the delivered template portion is treated as a delivered digital asset and becomes non-returnable. Any product-specific exceptions or bundled terms will be stated on the relevant offer page.
Payments completed on-chain (for example USDT/USDC) are generally final once confirmed on the blockchain. Please double-check network selection and wallet details before sending funds, because blockchain transfers usually cannot be reversed.

For crypto payments, contact us at the same address if there is a delivery, access, or support issue. Completed on-chain payments are generally final, but we will still help review order and access problems.
